Orders

We accept all major credit card payments through PayPal. PayPal no longer requires you to create an account in order to process your payment. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address, the address your credit card provider has on file for you, when completing the order form. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Additionally, for your security, your billing and shipping name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

We regret that we do not take international orders at this time.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days of receipt. Please allow additional time for large orders. We will send you an email confirmation when your order has been shipped.

We will accept a personal check, but please allow an additional 7-10 business days for your check to clear before we ship your order. When making a purchase with a personal check, please send us an e-mail to info@nettidesigns.com indicating the style # of the item so that we may mark it as SOLD until we receive your payment. Custom Orders

If you would like to us to commission us to create a custom jewelry piece please feel free to email us at info@nettidesigns.com with the details of your request and your phone number. We will contact you for a free consultation to discuss your idea. A 50% deposit will be required on all custom orders with final payment due at shipping. Please note that there will be no returns on custom orders.

Gift Certificates

Looking for a gift for that special someone? Gift certificates are available in increments of $50.

Shipping Fees

All orders are shipped via US Priority Mail Insured or Express Mail. Our standard shipping rates are computed using the calculated weight of your order, rounded up to the nearest whole pound, and based on the actual published rates by our carriers, including all carrier surcharges, and insurance charges if applicable. Also, there is a $2.00 handling fee for each order processed.

For Express Delivery Service, via US Express Mail, please e-mail us your request and we will do our best to process your order as quickly as possible. Please note customers paying by check, money orders or cashier's checks are not eligible for Express Delivery Service. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Sales Tax

**Sales tax will be added to all orders that are shipped to California addresses as required by law.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not totally satisfied, send it back within 14 days of the original shipment date for an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping and handling fees. No refunds or exchanges will be made after the 14 day period.

Items that have been worn, altered or damaged will not be refunded or exchanged.

Returned items must be sent back with the original receipt, in its original packaging and shipped by insured mail. We will notify you via e-mail of the status of your request once we have received and processed the returned item.

We unfortunately cannot accept returns on custom/special orders.

Our Guarantee

We guarantee the craftsmanship and quality of our jewelry. However, in the unlikely event that your piece is in need of repair, we will be glad to repair your piece for the cost of shipping it to us. We reserve the right to examine the piece to determine the cause of damage. We regret that we cannot take responsibility for damage due to abuse or to normal wear and tear.

If through normal usage or accident your piece becomes damaged, we will happily repair it. Please contact us with a description of the piece and the damage for an estimate.

Privacy Policy

At Netti Designs we will not share or sell your personal information to third parties. Your personal information is only used in the order and delivery process. If you are on our mailing list and wish to be removed, please email us at info@nettidesigns.com.

Wholesale Orders
